Chiang Rai International Airport

Chiang Rai International Airport (CEI) is located on Phaholyotin Road 8 kilometers from downtown Chiang Rai Province. It plays an important part on tourism and business of the region since it is amid natural beauty and tranquility.

At present 2 airlines are on service and over 500,000 passengers, 3,900 flights and 2,700 tons of cargo are handled at this airport.
Rental shop which is located in side of this airport offer variety of goods of passengers' choice. You can buy handicraft and local products from this shop. Fresh and tasty food is served at the 1st floor.

TG restaurant on the 2nd floor offering many kinds of food. In addition, snack bars are also provided at various areas in the terminal.
Standard car rental is available at the counters in the passenger hall.
Taxi counters are located near car rental that provide transport to town.

At present this International airport does not allow public tricycle and pick- up car without passengers to enter into the terminal area. Car parking” - Total area 9,450 m2, Capacity 200 vehicles
